FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
General
1. What brand of t-shirts do you use? We use Gildan and Fruit of the Loom.
2. What color t-shirts do you have available? Various colors
3. How come you don't sell women size t-shirts? Because the men's shirts have more room.
4. Are your paints washable and non-toxic? Yes, they are also water-based.
5. Can I order non religious shirts? Yes, we now offer customized orders.
6. What color paints do you use? Different colors
7. How should I wash my t-shirt? It would be best to wash it inside out and let it air dry so that the print will last longer and so that the t-shirt won't shrink.
8. Do you charge sales tax? Yes, but only for customers who reside in Texas.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card and debit Visa, American Express and Mastercard through Paypal. The checkout page will take you to paypal. If you don't have a paypal account, it will let you checkout as a guest. We also accept money orders in U.S. currency. You can also place your order over the phone with a credit or debit card.
10. Do you accept checks? Unfortunately, we do not and we don't do wire transfers or C.O.D.'S either.
11. How do I send the money order in the mail? Before you send it, please enclose a printed invoice from the order confirmation page. Please make all U.S. money orders out to "Put On God's Word", then mail to : Put On God's Word, P.O. Box 1744, Temple, TX 76503
Once, we receive your payment, we will begin processing your order.
SHIPPING
12. What types of shipping methods do you use? Even though we offer free shipping, we use USPS (United States Postal Service) Standard Ground Shipping, takes 2-8 business days.
13. How long will it take for my order to ship out? Since all orders are made to order, orders take between 2-5 days to be made, before being shipped out.
14. Will I receive a tracking number for my order? Yes, one will be emailed to you once your order ships.
15. How much do your t-shirts cost? $20.00 from Small to XL, $22.00 from 2X to 3X. Youth sizes forkids, Xsmall to Large, $14.00 each.
16. Do you ship internationally? No we do not.
CUSTOM ORDERS
17. Can you print on both sides of my t-shirt? Yes, we can. There will be a $2.00 extra fee.
18. If I choose a custom order, will I be able to see a picture of my requested scripture? Yes, we always send a photo first to the customer to make sure they're satisfied with their order before shipping it out.
19. Do you add your website address on the back for every t-shirt order? No, only if a customer requests for it to be on the back of the t-shirt.
20. Can I send my own t-shirt, sweatshirt or jacket for you to print on?
Unfortunately, we no longer allow customers to mail in their own clothing.
Refunds/Exchanges
OUR POLICY
We will gladly exchange an item for a different size or color . Or a customer can request a refund.
RETURNS
If you're returning an item whether it's for a refund or an exchange, please follow these steps below.
1. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a note with your name and contact information on it.
2. Also, please write down the reason why you are returning the item(s).
3. Please include the method of payment that you used.
4. If you're doing an exchange, please write down the name of the item, color and size that you want us to send to you.
5. Please send all returns in a mailing package to: Mandevilla Tshirts, P.O. Box 1744, Temple, TX 76503.
For refunds, the method of payment that you used to purchase your items will be the same way you will get your money refunded back to you.
PROCESSING TIME
For money order payments, it will take between 1-3 days for us to mail out a money order back to you.
For credit/debit cards through paypal, it will take between 2-3 business days to get your funds posted back onto your card.
For phone orders using credit/debit cards, it will take between 2-7 business days for your funds to get posted back onto your card.
